Gunnm/Battle Angel Alita

Yukito Kishiro's "Battle Angel Alita" (courtesy of Viz--its original title is "Gunnm") was one of the first manga I ever read and over the years I collected some of its bits and pieces, but not exactly in order and certainly not the full 9 volumes. However, today I've had the opportunity to read it in its entirety, though I skipped volume 1 and now I'm not sure if I regret that decision since rereading the other ones in the order they were meant to be not only clarified a lot of things, but brought out little aspects I hadn't noticed before. This read-through has been a long time in coming so let's if I can remember half of the thoughts I had while reading.

Mai Otome 13 RAW

OMFG the wait is over!! And OMFG what happened in this episode?! As much as I was hating SUNRISE for deciding to go down a certain path, I will say: Arika vs. Nina PLEASE! Also, Tomoe attempting to take out Arika would be pretty amusing too.

( RANTING!! SPOILERS!!! Lots of talk about love???? )

I'll end by saying that Nao is now one of the "Trias" (or however you want to try and transliterate it) whether she likes it or not, making it Chie, Shiho and Nao. Shiho. And Nao. =D SUNRISE better get those hijinks in while they still can.
