It feels so wrong to laugh but Miki was just so... smug about not reacting like the others to the vile juice. Too bad you can't hear the "Whooooooa~~" she let out. Oh man, this Haromoni was extremely cruel with its batsu game. After Rika was peered pressured into tasting it first before the games began, the staff actually decided to kindly reduce the amount in each shot. That didn't seem to make much difference as the reactions show. Lots of screaming (man, Abe really let one out), moaning, and grimacing. (Makoto's reaction is just to go wide-eyed and stone-faced. It's actually a bit frightening.) You can usually measure how horrible a batsu game is by how seriously and earnestly they play a game--and man, they are almost leaping out of their seats for fear of being called out. At one point, Yossie started begging the cameramen (calling them "Enjou-sensei"?) to save her. Behold Miki's look of absolute horror the next time she messes up (Yossie, next to her, who also messed up, tries to passionately argue her way out of it):



A thought about Miki and her crying at graduations. She hasn't, really, at MM graduations... but she definitely cried at Saitou Hitomi's last futsal game at the 2006 H!P Sports Festival. (Actually, seeing the whole team just kind of fall on Saitou with hugs and pats and tears makes you just kind of want to hug the whole team... or see the team have a huge group hug. Who was the tearless one? Yossie. Sniffly and definitely tight-lipped, but tear-free. Even the other girls and women of H!P were crying--Ayaka definitely was. Reminds me of Iida's graduation concert where after the ceremony, the whole of H!P sang All for One and One for All and former MM members like Nakazawa and Kei were crying.) Miki also kind of sniffled and teared up at Miuna and Asami's (Country Musume) graduation. I wonder if it's harder for her to lose teammates than it was for her to see off fellow members.
